Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Accounts: email address, display name, and (for athletes) profile fields you fill in — nickname, nationality, date of birth, photo, story, and social links.

Competition data: entries, weigh-ins, scores, results, and schedules created by organisers.

Device data on the mobile app: push notification token, crash and error reports (with access tokens redacted), and app version.

2. How we use it

To run live scoring, publish results, notify athletes and followers about events they care about, and diagnose crashes. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Who can see what

Public: athlete name, nickname, nationality, photo, story, socials, competition rosters, schedules, and results. Date of birth and payment status are never public.

Private: your email, competition bank details, weigh-in photos, and invite tokens. Only you, the relevant organisers, and Strongman Live administrators can see them.

4. Push notifications

If you allow push notifications on the mobile app, we store your device token so we can send you updates about athletes and competitions you follow. You can turn categories off in Profile → Notifications, or revoke push permission in your device settings.

5. Deleting your account

You can delete your account and all associated personal data at any time from Profile → Delete account. This removes your login, profile, device tokens, and follows. Historic competition results you appear in as a competitor are retained for the integrity of the public record.
